2. Membership & Facility Rules

• Memberships are non-transferable

• Members must comply with posted gym rules and staff instructions

• LA Fitna Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for rule violations, misconduct, or safety concerns

 

3. Gender-Specific & Modesty Policy

• LA Fitna Gym operates gender-specific training hours

• During women-only hours:

  • Men are not permitted

  • Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited

• Any violation may result in immediate removal and possible membership termination

 

4. No Photography or Recording

Photography, video recording, livestreaming, or surveillance of any kind inside the facility is strictly prohibited without written authorization from management.

This policy exists to protect member privacy, safety, and religious observance.

 

5. Youth & Minors

• Members under 18 require a parent or legal guardian’s consent

• Youth programs may have additional rules and supervision requirements

• LA Fitna Gym is not responsible for unsupervised minors outside designated programs

 

6. Assumption of Risk

Fitness activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exercise, equipment use, and physical activity.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

LA Fitna Gym, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages except where required by law.
