All Sales Are Final

LA Fitna Gym operates on a strict no-refund policy. All purchases, including but not limited to memberships, daily passes, class packages, personal training sessions, youth programs, and promotional offers, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Memberships

​

Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time through the member’s account or by contacting LA Fitna Gym. Cancellation stops future billing only. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for unused time, missed visits, or early cancellation.

Daily Passes

​

Daily passes are valid for one individual and grant one full day of gym access. Passes must be used within seven (7) days of purchase and expire at the end of the calendar day on which they are first used. Daily passes are non-refundable and may not be shared, transferred, reused, or exchanged. Purchase of a daily pass does not guarantee access during peak hours or special events.

Classes, Personal Training & Programs

​

Payments for classes, personal training, youth programs, or special programs are final. Missed sessions, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits unless explicitly stated in writing by LA Fitna Gym.

Youth Programs (Under 21)

​

Enrollment fees for youth programs are non-refundable. Participation is subject to eligibility, age requirements, signed parental consent, and compliance with gym rules.

Promotions & Discounts

​

Promotional pricing, coupons, and discounted offers are final. Refunds will not be issued for price differences, missed promotions, or expired offers.

Facility Rules & Closures

​

LA Fitna Gym is not responsible for refunds due to temporary closures, holidays, maintenance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Chargebacks

​

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership and access to the facility.
